• Do you have after sales support?

    We provide extensive after sales support and product servicing where applicable. Products from us come to you clinically validated and tested where this is applicable and we also follow up in 12 months time to offer you the option of servicing the product. We come to you and install items like a benchtop autoclave and spend time training you in the use of them and carrying out the validation procedure. Our range of scales come to you calibrated by us in house, all electrical equipment comes with a current electrical certificate carried out by us prior to delivery.

  • What guarantees do you have?

    Our products are covered by a manufacturers guarantee which is typically 12 or 24 months from date of purchase. In addition to this we may also offer extended guarantees or warranty’s on our products from time to time. Product replacement or refund is at our discretion not withstanding that if the product is faulty then it will be replaced, repaired or a refund made available by us.

  • How does payment work?

    Our online credit card payment system is via a secure BNZ / Commonwealth bank facility which is covered by guarantee.You also have the option of paying us by internet banking or opening an account with us.

  • How long does delivery take?

    If you order on-line then you can expect delivery within 3 working days by courier. If we are out of stock of the product or are unable to deliver within this time line for some other reason then we will advise you immediately.
